Algama, for a taste of microalgae

Feeding everyone without increasing agricultural production or lowering the nutritional quality of products is the promise of the start-up Algama… thanks to microalgae. Three of them have been identified as being suitable for consumption, and have certain nutritional qualities, in particular a high protein content that could replace meat. It is therefore from these algae that the start-up is developing new ingredients and products with a view to introducing them little by little onto our plates. Algama has already marketed its first product,“Springwave“, a drink rich in magnesium, vitamins, antioxidants… and seaweed.
