The Debian distribution is used by a third of the sites analyzed by W3Techs having opted for Linux front-end servers. It is the most used, ahead of Ubuntu (28%), and CentOS (20.5%): the community distribution of Red Hat. The commercial version of the editor(Red Hat Enterprise Linux) is just behind with a penetration rate of 4.4%.
